This home remodel was an incredible project to take on—not only because of its scale but also because of the client’s keen eye for real estate. As a leader at Keller Williams, she had seen countless homes before, making it an exciting challenge to create something truly special.

The client’s vision was a light, open, and luxurious transitional aesthetic. To achieve this, we worked with a refined palette of whites, light grays, and cream tones. While many existing materials were retained, strategic updates made a dramatic impact. The kitchen was transformed with new tile and countertops, while the original cabinets were given a fresh look with paint and elegant hardware. Lighting was upgraded throughout, furnishings were refreshed, and the media room received a stylish update. We also repurposed an underutilized kitchen space into a sophisticated bar area, enhancing both functionality and design.

What made this project even more rewarding was the client’s strategic approach—she intentionally purchased this home for its value, knowing that a remodel would allow her to achieve a high-end look at a fraction of the cost of a new home. Seeing her vision come to life and knowing that the transformation exceeded her expectations was incredibly fulfilling.
