SOUTHERN TRAILS #2 | REMODEL

This remodel in the Southern Trails neighborhood of Pearland, Texas, was one of the largest renovation projects I’ve undertaken to date. Designed for a vibrant family of six, this transformation focused on creating a highly functional and visually stunning space that perfectly suits their daily needs.

A complete kitchen revamp was at the heart of this project. We opened up walls to improve flow and functionality, incorporating rich tones of teal, green, and emerald green to bring warmth and character. A custom-designed breakfast dining table became a focal point, blending seamlessly with the newly furnished spaces.

To maximize efficiency, we reimagined a load-bearing wall that was limiting the layout, transforming it into a striking kitchen island and a stylish yet practical bar area. The end result is an elegant, transitional design—modern but not overly contemporary—providing ample storage, enhanced usability, and a welcoming atmosphere for the whole family.

Now, their kitchen and open common areas are not only elevated in style but also offer the perfect balance of beauty and everyday functionality. It was an absolute joy to bring this vision to life for such a wonderful family.
